Nous avions réservé un taxi à la sortie du Zentih de Nancy samedi - ce taxi était réservé le matin et nous avions demandé 23h00 (le temps de sortir du concert et de pouvoir avancer pour récupérer le taxi) et de ce fait qu'il ne doive pas attendre... Nous avons attendu jusque 23h30 après avoir appelé 3 fois soi disant ils avaient peu de chauffeurs et ceux ci étaient en course. Désolée mais si le taxi était réservé il devait être là et ne pas prendre d'autres courses (peu de chauffeurs ou pas)....
Nous avons nous attendu dans le froid une demi heure pour rien....
