Je suis allée chez Justine pour un balayage sur cheveux bruns. Je suis ressortie avec des mèches de 5 cm d'épaisseur, décolorées au point d'avoir un effet "brulé", à 1 cm des racines...incompréhensible. On me dit que ma couleur est en fait un brouillon de ce que je pourrais avoir si je reviens dans 3 semaines...aucune remise en question de la coiffeuse ni proposition de rattrapage...112e.
