Martine Goldman, within the framework of the association for Balance and Personal Development, practises methods to combat stress and its harmful consequences at the physical and psychological levels. She practises the Assis massage seated, traditional art of Japanese acupression. The meeting is convenient through the clothes, on an ergonomic chair specially designed for comfort. This massage covers the head, neck, shoulders, arms, back and hips. It relaxes and tones by reducing stress. There is also the relaxing massage, 1 hour when, lying, the body is freed from all forms of physical tension and the spirit of all internal stress. The blend of essential oils is made tailored to what we are and our expectations. The association is aimed at everyone, including senior citizens, to develop different activities for well-being and balance; teaching a method that allows everyone to use their full potential and to improve their skills in different areas of life (relational, personnel, professional, school, sports and artistic).
