THE PRIORY OF MONT-SAINT-MARTIN
This priory is truly a jewel of Romanesque Lorraine, distinguished by its bell tower and cul-de-four apse.
A true jewel of Romanesque Lorraine, the priory of Mont-Saint-Martin was founded in 1096 by Albert de Dabo, but the accompanying church dates from the second half of the 12th century. Its main façade has a large four-lobed rose in its center. Among the other remarkable elements, let us quote its bell tower and its apse in cul-de-four. Inside, frescoes are also worth a visit. A preserved monument that is worth a visit!
