The cooperative created in 1990 is composed of 8 members cultivating a surface of 9 ha. A nice way to perpetuate an ancestral tradition linked to this village whose origins date back to the 10th century! All the ranges of Côtes de Toul are produced, grey, white and pinot noir. You can also discover their sparkling wines including the white of white, white of black and rosé sold under the appellation "cuvée Crinoline". It is far away, the time when the gris de Toul was considered as a table wine, served in large carafes during balls. Its festive reputation still persists, but the Toulois region as a whole now offers wines that will seduce wine lovers.
