Restaurant bistro offering gourmet dishes in Dax.

To delight you, chef Stéphanie renews the menu according to her imagination. Working with seasonal produce? Nothing could be more natural for this Breton, who offers gourmet dishes (duck pot-au-feu, Landes chicken tajine, etc.). With this? We trust her husband Stéphane, a sommelier by trade, to help us choose the right bottle or glass of wine. Le Bistrot des Vignes offers no fewer than 120 different wines, half of them organic! Wine tastings are organized every two months on Tuesday evenings (except in summer).

Owner's Message

Located in the heart of downtown Dax, Le Bistro des Vignes is a good omen for lovers of fine wines. Stéphanie and Stéphane Lemée own this establishment. After working as a sommelier at Pain Adour et Fantaisies in Grenade-sur-l'Adour, Stéphane offers a selection of 130 wines. A true enthusiast, he advises customers with perfection and presents a selection of bottles to take away. From the exposed stonework to the bottles on display at the entrance, from the wood-panelled counter to the painted fresco evoking jazz players, everything makes this place unique. Enjoy a glass of wine with an aperitif or discover Stéphanie's cuisine. Originally from Brittany, she subtly blends local and foreign produce with her own creativity.

Un service incroyable rien à dire, la nourriture de l’entrée jusqu’au dessert un sans faute, ils mériteraient une 6eme étoiles. Pensez à réserver, qualité de la cuisine 10/10
