Restaurant with terrace, located in Dax, offering generous, appetizing and well-dressed Italian recipes

There's not a lot of Italy at Mama Cucini... Roasted Camembert, Southwest foie gras, Landaise salad, crispy chicken poké bowl, xipirons a la plancha, matured entrecôte, moules marinières... From the days of former chef Florian Benyamina, perhaps the only thing left is the Label Rouge ribs served with a Lousianne sauce. Otherwise, there's burrata for starters, risotto and ravioli for main courses, and panna cottas and tiramisu for dessert. Lunch is served either inside or on the terrace overlooking Place Thiers.

Gin tonic ???? Vin au verre de bonne qualité ainsi que les planches apéro. Poke bowl poulet aux saveurs asiatiques réalisé avec goût et originalité, Chipirons à la cuisson parfaite, cucini burger avec un steak généreux. Des produits de qualité mis en valeur par une équipe en cuisine qui sait réinventer des classiques. Serveurs sympathiques, souriants et réactifs. C'est à chaque fois un plaisir pour les papilles.

Pour ma part ,étant du métier ,je ne vais pas vous critiquer ! Je souligne juste un manque d assaisonnement au sujet de la sauce du burger et de la viande du burger car j aurai aimé un peu plus de peps . Mise à part ce léger aparté , j’ai trouvé vos plats (dessert/plat chaud) très bons , le service pas du tout long et vos serveurs très sympathiques.
