Restaurant with terrace, located in Dax, offering generous, appetizing and well-dressed Italian recipes

There's not a lot of Italy at Mama Cucini... Roasted Camembert, Southwest foie gras, Landaise salad, crispy chicken poké bowl, xipirons a la plancha, matured entrecôte, moules marinières... From the days of former chef Florian Benyamina, perhaps the only thing left is the Label Rouge ribs served with a Lousianne sauce. Otherwise, there's burrata for starters, risotto and ravioli for main courses, and panna cottas and tiramisu for dessert. Lunch is served either inside or on the terrace overlooking Place Thiers.

Fermé à 21h alors que c’est annoncé fermé à 22h30. Quel dommage on nous l’avait conseillé. Et bien on vous fera de la mauvaise pub. À bon entendeur.

J’ai pris une entrecôte bleu servie en 2mn les frites très moyennes et pour la cuisson de la viande l’aspect sec du dessus me fait douter du genre de cuisson. Dommage
