Chambre très petite, très cher (320 € + 180€ de charge pour un studio T1 bis), donc pour les APL c'est que 320€ qui est déclaré. Traces de moisissures et d'humidité dans les appartements. Très mal isolé (15 degrés en hiver avec le chauffage au maximum). Souvent des problèmes d'électricité (coupures). Accueil très souvent fermé de façon "exceptionnelle".
État de lieux malhonnête (une petite trace noire = 1h de nettoyage à 17€).
Bref, le CROUS est vraiment à déconseiller pour les étudiants, préférez un autre type de logement, surtout au prix du m2.
