While the Ferme de la Croisette specializes in foie gras production, it also offers duck processing courses, on site in the farm's laboratory. You'll learn how to prepare a whole duck in a friendly atmosphere, and at the end of the day you'll be able to take home a dozen jars: foie gras, but also confit, rillettes, gizzards, fat... The day includes the meal, the workshop and a duck with foie, for a total price of €145 per person. Don't forget to book!
