Between Baccarat and Rambervillers is the restaurant L'Imprimerie. What could be better than lunching in Fontenoy-la-Joûte, the village of books, in a real old printing works? Here, cuisine d'auteur has replaced books, but it's not uncommon to discover old paperweights in this place rich in tradition and history. The cuisine is 100% homemade, 100% fresh and rooted in the region. We love the surprise factor. There's no menu here. Choose the number of dishes you like and let us surprise you!
