Traditional and local cuisine is served here: all the products used (or almost all) come from the farm or from the surrounding farms. The setting will delight gourmets as the hostel has three rooms and two terraces. On the menu: opera of foie gras and pork cheek confit in red wine, parmesan shortbread, chicken fricassee creamed with mushrooms, parsleyed apples, and for dessert, dacquoise with pistachio and milk chocolate. A gourmet and generous cuisine.
