Asseyens, Asseyennes, here is the dream place to eat on the thumb if you don't have time or the desire to cook a small dish. The P'tit cass'croût offers pizzas (3 sizes possible) and sandwiches, to be tasted on or off. There are over thirty pizzas whose dough is made home, including the Prairie (tomato, cheese, snails, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, snail butter), mashed (tomato or cream, cheese, potatoes, bacon, pancetta, mash, egg), obviously not forgetting the inescapable Marguarita or Napoli. Side sandwich, the chef offers cold snacks, with the éponyme (bread, butter and choice ham or rillettes or pâté or salami or Emmental), bagnat bread or lorrain (bread, butter, lorrain zone and gherkins), hot, with traditional hamburgers, cheese-burgers, American, hot dog (gratiné), but also regional, with bread, braised ham, bacon bacon, onions, cream and a cheese changing according to the region visited (reblochon for Savoy, Munster for the Vosges, Emmental for Switzerland…). Please note, however, that you are determined to find a little to the narrow if there is a world.

avec des amis, on est allé au p'tit cass'croût. J'ai adoré leur raclette.
