Guest house with a functional kitchen, double rooms and a garden in Capbreton.
It was in Australia that Sylviane and Antoine discovered the principle of the guest house. These two sportsmen wanted to rediscover this state of mind by remodeling a beautiful 1930s house. Functional kitchen where everything is designed for sharing, double, triple, quadruple rooms or very well maintained dormitories, modern bathrooms (individual or shared), small living room, bubbling bath and shower in the garden for the return from the beach, activities... A success! The emphasis is on respect for the place and the guests. Beach at 400 meters !

The lodge is very cozy and beautiful, decorated in boho style. Sylvianne and Antoine are very friendly and hospitable hosts. Morning breakfast has a lot of options for different tastes. The kitchen is also well equipped and the common areas are great for hanging with other guests. The place is really lovely and overall I enjoyed my stay.
I would only recommend installing some mosquito nets on the windows, maybe some anti mosquito candles for the terrace (in any case a repellent is an absolute must).
The lodge is close enough to rent the surfing gear and walk to the beach. However, the surf lessons were average - I haven't learned anything new. I understand this is partly because of the language barrier but I had higher expectations for the surfing lessons.
