Restaurant offering a changing and inventive contemporary cuisine in Capbreton.
Bistro'Baya boasts a large terrace overlooking the ocean. A splendid view, but not only that! Chef Jérémy Combes will delight you with his inventive, gourmet and generous cuisine and dishes made with fresh, local and seasonal produce. The menu changes with each season, but you'll find fish and meat dishes such as Basque bouillabaisse, Balinese-style marinated minced beef, grilled butcher's cut or fish from the fish market... For dessert, there's floating island, brioche perdue or "tiramookie" (half tiramisu, half cookie). A delicious moment!

Service long en terrasse pour boire un verre.
Terrasse ouverte à 50% de sa capacité. Clients obligés de faire la queue pour obtenir une table, clients qui font demi tour.
A 5€ le coca, tranche de citron minuscule.
Ramequin de maïs grillés immangeable
Organisation a revoir. La pénurie de personnel a bon dos !
Malheureusement la vue imprenable sur l océan ne fait pas tout.
