A marine and vegetable caterer! Renowned for his inventiveness and work with fresh produce, Patrice Lubet, former chef at Le Jean des Sables, has opened Maison Goustut with Stéphanie Castex. Here, you'll find everything you need for lunch or dinner. Fish from the Port of Capbreton, fruit and vegetables, Mitchut pastis created from Patrice Lubet's mother's recipe, spices, seeds and legumes... Pour terminer mon séjour autour du lac d’Hossegor mon amie m’a amené diner dans cet excellent et original établissement. Succédant à un déjeuner trop copieux je n’ai pas pu profiter pleinement de l’enchainement des plats qui se sont accumulés sur la table mais tout ce que j’ai gouté était succulent et un vrai régal pour les papilles avec la découverte de saveurs incroyables !
