All the specialties that make the region renowned have been on the map: mirabell, Munster, tomme of Pierre Percée, wine of the coasts of Toul… Moreover, the chef does not hesitate to organise meetings between these local products. Witness the yellow yellow to the mirabell. And this is just one example!
