This association was founded on the observation that high-end tourism destinations generate an economy that does not always benefit the native population. Tumbili is therefore involved in solidarity tourism in Tanzania, selecting small local tourist structures and developing solidarity initiatives. Tumbili's members are travelers who have worked, traveled and volunteered in Tanzania. They want to give visibility to associations working in the fields of health, education and the environment.
