The garden of the Mill makes discover to the passers-by on the valley of the Couze, its treasures of flora and fauna in a wonderfully restored bucolic setting. Hundreds of trees, shrubs, perennial flowers and rosebushes are spread out along the path, offering visitors delicate scents. On the site, in the white waters of the Couze, a fish farm is developing, offering a whole range of products transformed from the rainbow trout of the farm.
