Enter the fascinating world of railways! The HistoRail® is a unique place dedicated to the world of railways. It traces its history, how it works, the development of railway technology and its importance in history. Over an area of 1,000 m², rooms and exteriors house a collection of the most diverse railway objects in a scenography that gives each object a special place in relation to the overall route. In the first room, the "traveller" relives the world of his train journey (the station, locomotives, signalling, etc.). In the second room, the "traveller" passes under the train at the level of the railway track. In the garden, various equipment is presented on a small section of track: the Moysse locotractor known as the "horned beast", automatic signals ... In all, 7 miniature networks are represented! "The bell rings, the visit can begin! "The tens of thousands of visitors who have discovered and revisited it, most of them fall under the spell of this museum like no other, in its green setting in the park of a former shoe factory where the railway was the birth certificate.
