In this 25 hectare orchard, Gérard-Philippe and his team present themselves as "artisans of the Earth". Their job: a fine knowledge of their land as well as predators and parasites daily to produce in accordance with the environment of quality fruit. Gathering is a very pleasant moment: apples, pears but also quinces, nashis (Japanese pears) or cherries, plums, nectarines, currants and other red fruits. Plan a basket to transport them! Since 1986, the arborist Gérard-Philippe Pinto has worked with passion. All operations are carried out on site, i. e. after a carefully prepared harvest and picked up. Storage and packaging are done carefully to ensure optimal taste quality. The St. Lawrence Orchards have a small store where you can find their apples throughout the year for the pleasure of your taste buds. Take advantage of the open doors at the end of August to not miss the explanations of the visit.
