The restaurant at L'Auberge has preserved its ancient stamp, arcade walls and apparent stones, in perfect harmony with more contemporary furniture. At the entrance, a small, welcoming bar and, at the rear, a view of the garden and the swimming pool with access to the summer terrace. A simple and traditional map favouring the land and seasonal products: Pork label Red Label, limousine salad, poached egg, cream chickpeas with Parmesan and shavings of country ham, marinated fatty livers, beef tender, crisp cream trout, homemade pastry, homemade pastry, profiteroles… proposals are always well adapted and will satisfy the most difficult.

Logis. Open Monday evenings from 7 to 8.30 pm; Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime from 12 to 1.30 pm and evening from 7 to 8.30 pm; Sunday lunchtime from 12 to 1.30 pm. From 15 June to 15 September, open every day. Single menu at 27 €. A la carte menu: about 37 €. Children's menu: 10 € (under 12 years old). Lunch formula: 13.50 € (starter + main course + dessert). Wine by the glass. Garden. Terrace.

Visiblement il faut arrêter le congelé et améliorer le rapport qualité prix au lieu de seulement répondre aux critiques !

An island of courtesy and service in a rough world. We promised ourselves to stop “one day” in this Pierre Buffiere “village étape” that we saw from the highway right south of Limoges. The view is not only postcard but a frame from a Painting master from that location. We have not been able to book for the night but we manage to have diner there and they have been very kind to take us without reservation. The restaurant is nicely decorated and correspond perfectly to the beautiful stile of the village and offer a nice table with a beautiful service. The garden has a terrace with tables which can be quickly covered in case of rain and there is a pool!!!A place to go back to in order to spend more than a night….
