Sylvie and Christophe Couffy have a poultry farm living on large grassy routes. On-site, they make direct sale of poultry (chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks) and their traditional preserves: blocks of foie gras, candied, rillettes, we, pâtés, engraved goose gizzards, pâté chicken foies, terrine duck, etc. You can visit the gavage room and the canning plant by appointment. Excellent products and friendly welcome.
