The mill of La Brégère opens its doors to let you discover its beautiful ancestral mechanics: a bucket wheel, moved by the water of the Glue, operates an equipment still in perfect condition. During a visit conducted with passion, you will discover the different stages of the transformation of cereals into flour. The mill, which has been linked to the Association des Moulins de Charente for a few years because it belongs to the Bandiat-Tardoire basin, produces cider in October and corn, chestnut and walnut flours which produce a tasty oil.
