In this bakery, all local specialities are found: pâté, creusois cake, Trépaïs (which brings together the flagship ingredients of the three departments of Limousin: hazel, chestnut and galette) but also the speciality of the house, the Saint-Blaise, desserts made with saffron grown in the largest safranière of France, that of Font-Saint-Blaise, located in the neighbouring village of Fontanières.
