Set of intimate gardens created by horticultural lecturer Christian Allaert around a former forge
Close to the Sédelle arboretum, Christian Allaert has created his own walled garden in the small village of Crozant. He discovered the trade thanks to Gilles Clément, when he visited his "Butterfly Valley". Years later, this horticultural lecturer organized a series of small, intimate gardens around an old 19th-century forge. Now, since 2012, Christian has decided to open his gardens to visitors, to the delight of tourists and locals alike.
