FORMER CHURCH OF SAINT-MARTIAL DU CHÂTELET

Erected in the 12th and 13th centuries, the church of Saint-Martial is located at the bottom of the village of Le Châtelet. Listed as a Historic Monument, it consists of a single nave completed by a flat chevet and a bell-tower-wall to the west. Inside, frescoes dating from the 13th century were discovered in the 1970s.
