An excellent table with seasonal cuisine in a superb setting in Malemort.
Close to Brive, this beautiful residence of character in red stone from the country overlooking the Pian valley, houses an excellent table. One eats in an opulent room, whose walls are decorated with quotations from poets, cooks or scholars who compete with pretty turns around the 5 senses. You can see the team at work in its glass kitchen. The menu changes according to the seasons, but here we like some variations around the truffle, such as the risotto of gambas with black Perigord truffles emulsion of garlic. Without forgetting the 15 hours candied lamb mouse with coconut bean stew, the medallions of monkfish braised in bouillabaisse juice with saffron apples and julienne of vegetables, the strawberry linzer tart with gariguette strawberries, crispy tuile and pistachio ice cream.
