Wednesday and Saturday mornings, market days, Tulle comes alive. Whether on the promenade of the quai Baluze or near the station, thanks to the craftsmen of the food trades, there is plenty to shop with local products: foie gras, honey, milk-fed veal, chestnuts, ceps and chanterelles... A larger fair is held on the^2nd and^4th Wednesday of the month. Similarly, a festive market of local producers takes place on the last Sunday of the Festival of the Nights of Mother-of-pearl on the Cathedral square all day long.
