This is already the fourth generation of Des at the command of the Relais. This establishment, held with a master's hand by the pleasant Ms Besse and her son proposes in the room, 50 seats, or on the terrace, a quality kitchen developed based on fresh products of the land such as the duck duck with figs or homemade pastries. The shaded park, which is perfectly maintained, like the whole complex, offers a superb panorama on the valley and the Monédières and on request free access to the tennis court and the fishing pond to which the equipment will take care. As well kept, the hotel part retains the reputation of professionalism that it had when Georges Decaunes, and her dog, descended here into a faithful friend, still commanding her trout meunière and leading to Jacques Dutronc, Michel Delpech and Léo Férré.
