LA FERME DE VIELLEMAISON

The farm of Vieillemaison is a family-run company located on the flan of the valley at 750 meters above sea level with views of the mountains of Auvergne. held since 1984 by Brigitte and Daniel Gaillat. In a green calm they raise about fifty feeders cattle and grow vegetables and red fruits in organic agriculture. You can get all kinds of jams, of course red fruits but also of hyacinth flowers, vegetables (zucchini and onion, especially) and even chanterelles. Situated at the entrance to the Monédières plateau, tranquility is sometimes disturbed by the passage of the helicopter carrying the former president of the republic, Jacques Chirac, to his near castle.
