Sometimes you don't have to rely on the outside of a building. The best is often inside. As soon as we pass the door, we understand we're in a beautiful house. The beautiful bright room, with elegant and contemporary décor, opens onto the surrounding hills. On the kitchen side, the address is also distinguished by its ambition. Local products are revisited with sophistication and inventiveness. The cubism of foie gras and its jelly in maury cannot dislike. The heart of veal laughs at the plancha and white truffle oil was very convincing. Keep a place for dessert where, here too, the chef gives his creativity free.
