In this bar-restaurant, simplicity is a matter of rigour. The stone building has preserved this ancient town well the charm of the places that have a history. I want that it is said that we are welcomed in simplicity but still lack of treatments for the presentation of the table. Fully tried tablecloth, lack of attention near the unknown guests. Service too long, dishes served for each dish on cress sauce. The green but everywhere is too much as for dessert of the " tacot" it is really the remains presented entering bar arriving the cooled wardrobe. (which sheet it mall)
Miss treatments for many things as for the chef it has much is and is not very helped! a shame because it has doubtless talent! but a little unmethodical on some dishes.
