An inn where home-made products are used to enhance the value of local products. We come here for the pleasure of food, we treat ourselves and we come back for pleasure.
Since October 2020, Vanessa and Cédric have taken over the controls of this hostel, a member of the Bistrots de pays. We are in the land of apples and raspberries in a family restaurant where we love to come back. The products come from the territory and are home-cooked, following the seasons. For the regulars, the Auberge's flagship products last: such as the local salad (chestnut sausage, Golden apple, smoked bacon), sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, veal and beef steaks. You can take advantage of the take-away menus.
