Nice walk to discover Villefranche's fortifications, specific sites and defensive elements.
The fortifications of Villefranche are almost intact. The visit allows the visitor to go through the double covered walkway, with the four towers, the bastions and the cannon embrasures, all different to adapt to the narrowness of the environment. The fortified enclosure of Villefranche presents the double originality of an adequacy to the requirements of a specific site and the superposition of defensive elements. A nice walk with a superb panorama.

Un pueblo con mucha historia bonito de visitar y con suficiente oferta hostelera, es fácil encontrar tanto en los bares como en las tiendas personas que hablen español.

Très beau lieu. /!\ Attention, pour visiter, il est nécessaire de monter et de descendre des escaliers. Ceux-ci ne sont pas toujours équipés de rampe. Je déconseille pour les personnes âgées.

De vestingmuren van Villefranche-de-Conflent vormen een indrukwekkend historisch bouwwerk, binnnin door sfeervolle winkeltjes die samen zorgen voor een unieke en charmante ervaring. Parking kost 2€ voor 2uur en dat is voldoende om te bezichtigen.
