Intramural accommodation at a reasonable price in front of the Villefranche church.

Facing the church of Villefranche, on the beautiful main square, Le Vauban is one of the rare intra-muros accommodation, a small and quiet address, ideally located to leisurely enjoy the historic alleys of the village and cross the roads of the Conflent. No restaurant, because this former hotel has been arranged into several studios equipped with a kitchenette, but  there is also a nice sunny terrace to share to enjoy breakfast in one of the most beautiful villages of France classified in the department. Please note that the Vauban residence is also within walking distance from the extra-muros car parks. A friendly address at very wise rates.

La verdad es que para estar en un sitio tan privilegiado,es triste que sean tan antipáticos en el servicio,te atienden y sirven sin ninguna amabilidad,nos pedimos ensalada catalana, pero que para nosotros creíamos que era,pues eso ,catalana,con su embutido,error.
tambien encontramos súper abusivo el precio de la botella de agua

A fuir si vous souhaitez déjeuner à 4!! On vous impose une table bistrot ridiculement petite pour manger! Les serveurs sont désagréables quand ils ne fume pas ou ne sont pas sur leur téléphone pendant le service et la propriété laisse à désirer! On aurait dit que la tasse de café avait servi plusieurs fois sans être lavé vu les traces !

An nicht abgewischten Tischen versucht man lange Zeit den einzigen Kellner auf sich aufmerksam zu machen, der trotz der ganzen Hektik ein fröhliches Gesicht macht. Die Getränke kommen prompt und sind akzeptabel, wenn man dann aber auf die Idee kommt noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, bereut man es nach wenigen Minuten. Zweimal Quiche Lorraine bitte und einmal Kartoffel-Wedges. Was dann auf zwei gelben Papptellern und in einer Pappschale serviert wird ist an Lächerlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Knochenhart und trocken - soweit zur Quiche Lorraine die in etwa die Größe eines Bierdeckels hatte. Ungesalzen, kaum gebraten - das waren die Wedges.
