The 15 hectares of the estate are located at an altitude of 200 meters on balconies from which the sea can be seen. Fernand Vaquer, Frédérique's father-in-law, was one of the first winemakers to bottle his wine in the late 1960s. A crazy idea at the time, because only sweet wines had this privilege, but many followed later. "I want to make wines that resemble their terroir and that resemble me," she says.
