Since 1928, Brasserie Milles has been one of the standard-bearers of Catalan know-how. In Toulouges, three generations have succeeded one another in promoting 100% local beverages. First came Limonette, an emblematic lemonade made to the original recipe. Sémillante, spring water drawn and bottled on site, natural, light and low in mineral content. Mil.lenari, a craft beer brewed with the company's own spring water, a tribute to Catalan identity. Here, each bottle tells the story of a terroir, a history, a loyalty to the land.
