The people of Thuirin are very lucky: there are two pastry shops in their pretty town and they are both excellent! Florent is a creator of cakes, pastries and chocolates (and also a baker). Le Petit Futé fell in love with his delicious specialities, his chocolate creations or simply because you can come and have a coffee on the terrace with a croissant. Florent's also specialises in making wedding cakes, nothing better to tantalise your guests' taste buds.

Déception totale
Après m’être fier aux avis plutôt positifs, achat d’un joli gâteau aux fruits rouges ; qu’il fallait faire décongeler 1h30 auparavant de le manger ! On m’a simplement dit de le laisser à température ambiante c’est en le découpant que l’on s’est aperçu qu’il était gelé encore dedans , et la génoise était détrempée ! Immangeable a fini à la poubelle ! Soit pratiquement 30€ jetés et la honte chez nos amis !
Ensuite macarons secs comme des biscottes et ganache saveur chimique ; un désastre pour les amateurs que nous sommes , ont fini donné aux oiseaux !
Les gâteaux de Super U a 8€ sont 10 fois meilleurs que celui ci, et on ne leur demande pas d’avoir la finesse d’un gâteau acheté chez un artisan pâtissier ... Comme quoi méfiez vous des maîtres artisans , malheureusement ce n’est pas une preuve de qualité pour tout le corps du métier !
