The Bonzom family welcomes you in an old Cerdane farmhouse renovated in 1808. This delicatessen has become a real institution. 200 m² are dedicated to the sale, old exposed stones and hams under the vaults, and no less than 70 specialities, each one more tempting than the next: dry sausages, fuets, longanisses, soubressade... The tasting is done in the renovated stables, with good country bread and a Roussillon wine. Please note that the Bonzoms only work with meat from the Conflent, Cerdanya and Capcir regions.

Just opposite the tourist office, on the other side of the stream, the craftsmen and producers of the Catalan Country invite you to discover their creations and their local products. L'Echoppe des Artisans is more than a grouping of know-how, it is an original and greedy exhibition which opens every summer for 30 years in the town hall. Véronique and Mélodie welcome you to their beautiful 150^m2 space dedicated to organic and sustainable values of our earth. You will find a large choice of sweet and savoury groceries, fruits and vegetables and gluten-free products. Apart from food supplements and cosmetics, the emphasis is not only on organic farming but also on the short circuit. Here you can find the main part of the ecological production of Cerdanya and Capcir. The contact and the welcome are worthy of a small country grocery store where your two hosts are listening.

Artisanal company created by two passionate former restaurant owners. Corinne and Laurent make in their workshop a whole range of condiments to brighten up your dishes. You will find the real mustard of Cerdanya, but also a whole range of vinegars, spices, herbs for grills and condiments, table salts, homemade ketchup, olivades or even muscatel or Banyuls jams, black olive jam and the very surprising cep powder. Charcuterie Boucherie Bonzom is an establishment located in Saillagouse, in the town of N116. They offer a wide selection of quality meats and charcuterie. You can buy their products in-store, pick them up on site or have them delivered. Their specialties include Cerdagne beef rib, boudin à l'oignon and gourmet baskets. They also offer tastings of their products, as well as wine tastings. You can also visit the drying room, with a photo exhibition and a view of the 1,500 hams.

Both crazy about cooking and former restaurant owners, Corinne and Laurent will take you into the wonderful world of natural condiments. Because since ancient times, condiments have always accompanied our favourite dishes! They offer a beautiful, sunny, rich and original range: mustards, jams, olives, vinegars, salts and... the famous Catalan ketchup. The little extra: Corinne and Laurent give you precious advice on the use of condiments and especially good recipes. All the ingredients come from local producers or market gardeners.
