Sébastien Colombier and Sarah, his wife, have succeeded in bringing new life to a well-known former hotel next to the Rivesaltes train station. A little over a year's work has gone into completely rethinking the premises, from the kitchen to the dining room and the terrace. Sébastien offers market cuisine using local, seasonal produce. Farmers, arboriculturists, local fishing with line-caught fish, meat from local livestock. Inventiveness and creativity, while retaining the taste of the product, reasonable prices, all served with Sarah's smile.

Un moment parfait ! La cuisine est fine et généreuse, le service professionnel et chaleureux. La vue plongeante sur les allées Joffre est vraiment belle. Un vrai resto qui sert avec le cœur et respecte sa clientèle avec des produits locaux et de qualité. Je recommande vivement !

un lieu sympathique et propre, le chef propose des plats inventifs et bien réalisés. Nous étions 3 convives et nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disonibilité de nos hotes. Petit bémol, le tarif proposé mériterait une carte avec plus de choix
