Haut Vallespir microbrewery created by Pierre Godron, a brewer by profession in his native Belgium and creator of the famous Chouffe. In 2021, he joined forces with a compatriot who had been living in Vallespir for many years, and bought the former Hôtel des Voyageurs in Prats de Mollo. There, he creates a blond beer, a skilful brew of hops and barley with aromas of bread and apricot: "La Senyor Voltor". Named after a vulture that, according to legend, only the bears of Vallespir could see. A Belgian beer with beautiful Catalan notes!
