Denis and Patricia from Hôtel Bellevue have been running this gourmet restaurant for over 25 years, he in the kitchen, she in the dining room. Denis (Toque Blanche du Roussillon) works with produce from local farmers and producers to create recipes inspired by the region, reinterpreting them and adding his own special touch. The result is dishes full of flavor that explode on the palate, with an originality that surprises and captivates. The hotel offers 17 comfortable, contemporary-style rooms, some with terraces overlooking the village square and the mountains.
