Very nice hotel with terrace offering a careful land/sea cuisine with local products

Palm trees and swimming pool for this very nice hotel a few kilometers from Collioure and two steps from the Grande Bleue. Refined hotel, refined table. The new chef, Marc Faure, serves us a carefully prepared land/sea cuisine made largely with local products from which he knows how to extract all the quintessence. The lunch menu is really interesting. On the menus and à la carte, wild fish are in the spotlight. Be sure that you will be enchanted as we were. Tapas bar under the hundred-year-old cedars with a breathtaking view of the sea around the pool.

Avons passé 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Tout le|Personnel à été très accueillant et bienveillant. Chaleureux et confortable. Chambre de très bonne qualité lit, vue, prestations…..Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Produits locaux. Nous sommes bien reposés. Parfait.

Le restaurant est excellent, tout est fait maison, c'est pourquoi je fais une escale en soirée étape.|Le personnel est accueillant, la cadre est magnifique|Je vous recommande de vous arrêter dans ce bel endroit

Bien reçu, bonne chambre, repas très bon, mais manque un peu en quantité en soirée étape. Par exemple un peu d'épinard entre 4 filets de Rouget, ça aurait mérité un autre accompagnement.
