Brewed on site, in the heart of Perpignan, the beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. As for alcohol content, the Boc is 5° for the white and 5.5° for the others. The best thing to do is to come and taste it directly at the brewery, a magical place where, between the clinking of glasses, good words and laughter flow.
