One of the addresses that made the "rue des Senteurs" a legend in Perpignan. How can such a small shop hold so many treasures? More than 3,000 products are crammed into twenty square metres and a stall outside! Thousands of spices, dried fish, real soubressade from Majorca, dried fruit... and of course olives. Rare spices from the ends of the earth, concentrates of flavour also in small bottles. Professionals find here all the aromas and natural colourings to sublimate their dishes.
