Museum of Catalogue history with eight rooms on handicrafts, agriculture, religious and daily life.
It is the emblem of Perpignan with its appearance of a small castle. Built at the end of the 14th century, this fortified gate was reinforced under Louis XI. Charles V added his stone to the building. From a watchtower, the small castle became a prison. Under its machicolations, it now houses the Museum of the History of Catalonia with eight rooms on crafts, agriculture, religious and daily life. Climb to the terrace of the keep for the view.

A l'interior, un museu us espera que visitarem mentre descobriu l'interior d'aquesta antiga construcció catalana ampliada i modificada per Vauban després del tractar dels Pirineus. i en arribar a dalt, podreu obtenir una magnífica de la vila k fins i tot veure el mar!
