Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce mas très agréable, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, du design moderne dans de la vielle pierre. Le mas est authentique, situé dans une zone très calme de Perpignan, le jardin est agrémenté d'une piscine bien tranquille, le centre ville de Perpignan est à 5 minutes en voiture et la plage à 10 minutes. Nous avons pu rejoindre les différents points d’intérêts touristiques du département à la journée, et la propriétaire Martine est de très bons conseils, avec des adresses de restaurants inoubliables .Nous pensons revenir l’été prochain avec 2 couples amis.... patience!

Extrêmement mauvais , les lits sont fragiles , lorsqu'on s'assoie dessus , celui-ci ce casse facilement . La maison est partage avec plusieurs locataires , c'est pourquoi la piscine est partagé avec plusieurs locataires , lorsqu'il y ´ a un incident dans la piscine seul une seul famille prend tout alors que l'autre non, on nous accuse sans preuves , de plus , présence d'insecte en quantités dans la maison qui nous morts la peau.

I have just spent 2 weeks in this wonderful cottage, ideally placed to tour the area and close to the city centre of Perpignan.

The contemporary decor is perfectly integrated in this old country house. Comfort is impeccable as well as welcome owner who gave us very good plans visit but also restaurants such as the Gariane restaurant near the station que a highly recommend!
I also make a point of reacting to the previous appreciation than mitigated that parraît me completely unjustified. This peaceful location is not suitable for people who come to party.
I served travelling and throughout the hotels there are times pool be followed and dip are prohibited for security, which the owner had us nice is explained.

Arrival a short stay with my friends of clermont-ferrand, I was enthralled by this place with the decor very stylish.
It is well located, giving access to all directions, Sea, Mountain, City.
I would probably get there in summer to enjoy the swimming pool.

In a beautiful place, an old house tastefully decorated, we discovered this place surprising, luxurious, comfortable and calm.
The owner Martine is the small treatments with its occupants!
The charm of the country house with prime all amenities two minutes. Very strategic places to discover this beautiful department of the Eastern Pyrenees.
We recommend this place highly and project to get there quickly to enjoy the swimming pool.

Swindle, TO ESCAPE and avoid absolutely!
Imagine a perfect place. A simply sumptuous villa for 14 people, tastefully decorated, composed of spacious rooms.

Only, there is DIFFICULTY. And LARGE difficulty.

We had rented this house with 11 friends, the twenty, proud to 1000km from London to spend a week at dream €1800 (Let Us Admit, divided by 11 it is mouthwatering). Like all holidaymakers worthy of the name, we decided to celebrate our arrival including two birthdays evening - even. But do not imagine an evening with Project X, simply a jovial dinner and an evening to be extended late in the night without sound system nightclub.

As 20:05, the owner disembarks at the courtyard to explain to three friends bathing that the hours was past of... 5 minutes! Without forgetting a comment concerning the " bruit". It is true that a laughing in a pool disturbs the nearby we pass close to din and assignment seem before correctional. Maybe, we will over pool next morning with its " réouverture" a standard time.

A 22:30, our small group together inside dine receives unexpected visit the owner who is next door with his wife. According to him, we did much noise. Patrons since the age of 3 to rentals every year in the south, I let you imagine my surprises! We then there doors and windows and 22:30, air-conditioning background.
The evening being extended inside, only smokers spend a few minutes outside, discussing as much as possible on low voice. Brave of us will end up remaking the world in a room (open window, it is 26°C in the rooms!) to 3:00 in the morning.

Therefore the following day at lunchtime, the owner and her husband visit me, explaining me that they did not tolerate the noise and the neighbours were plains of noise (while they were no!). Of course, or the police or bailiff did not get following complaints for uproar.

The owner then me understand that the place is not suitable for " jeunes" (Unpleasant beams distinguish) and a financial arrangement can be found in the exchange... our DEPARTURE! We took our bags to finish in a campsite, showing a loss of €700 there from.

The bad faith of this person is simply amazing. Our history is not isolated (see: the site of sly little minx and a forum), while according to the owner, we are its first trouble in 5 years.
This person dares to offer a villa of 14 people, but NO noise tolerates. Completely utopian. The visa precision of its arrangement, it is a behaviour which seems current in it.

This residence is simply to rent for deaf and dumb people. Not for friends who want to enjoy the life, or for families (Or muzzle always cheerful children and uncle and joker).
People retired, also forget: too many stairs. It is intolerable note that Gîtes De France lets from the so dubious practices.

To conclude, go elsewhere, this house resembles more a museum. " Watch but do not rent, or your risks and périls".

Disappointed of this WE.Les photos do not have an account of the seclusion that you feel of the narrowness of the terraces and the layout of the rooms. The lounge/dining room /cuisine is not living to 14, this only common area is not enough for six people. There is not enough crockery, cutlery, kitchenware. Lighting is not in nearly all the rooms, an escape under the sink, doors that do not close, nonexistent soundproof the icing on the cake, tenants very friendly.

A 5 star 5 minutes from the city centre, everything is treat, decoration, calm, the pool and the charming welcome. Thank you madame, we recommend you around us.

Incredible to find a cottage this quality hidden in Perpignan.
We spent a week dream in a design without any bad taste, with a warm welcome and a great availability of the owner Martine Alba.

If you are looking for a place well placed in Perpignan, luxury at a reasonable price, upscale service, a large capacity I strongly recommend this extraordinary experience that I will renew soon.
