Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce mas très agréable, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, du design moderne dans de la vielle pierre. Le mas est authentique, situé dans une zone très calme de Perpignan, le jardin est agrémenté d'une piscine bien tranquille, le centre ville de Perpignan est à 5 minutes en voiture et la plage à 10 minutes. Nous avons pu rejoindre les différents points d’intérêts touristiques du département à la journée, et la propriétaire Martine est de très bons conseils, avec des adresses de restaurants inoubliables .Nous pensons revenir l’été prochain avec 2 couples amis.... patience!

Extrêmement mauvais , les lits sont fragiles , lorsqu'on s'assoie dessus , celui-ci ce casse facilement . La maison est partage avec plusieurs locataires , c'est pourquoi la piscine est partagé avec plusieurs locataires , lorsqu'il y ´ a un incident dans la piscine seul une seul famille prend tout alors que l'autre non, on nous accuse sans preuves , de plus , présence d'insecte en quantités dans la maison qui nous morts la peau.

Nos maisons sont individuelles et ne se partagent pas,
Nous demandons gentillement aux locataires de respecter les
lieux ,
La Bastide le petit clos est entourée d'arbres centenaires donc il
peut y avoir des insectes dans le jardin par contre dans la maison
nous n'en avons pas grâce à la climatisation,
Dans le sud de la France il fait très chaud l'été et malheureusement les
moustiques ne sont pas en vacances,
Nous regrettons que vous soyez déçu par votre séjour,

I have just spent 2 weeks in this wonderful cottage, ideally placed to tour the area and close to the city centre of Perpignan.

The contemporary decor is perfectly integrated in this old country house. Comfort is impeccable as well as welcome owner who gave us very good plans visit but also restaurants such as the Gariane restaurant near the station que a highly recommend!
I also make a point of reacting to the previous appreciation than mitigated that parraît me completely unjustified. This peaceful location is not suitable for people who come to party.
I served travelling and throughout the hotels there are times pool be followed and dip are prohibited for security, which the owner had us nice is explained.

In addition to sum up, we make the summer family.

Arrival a short stay with my friends of clermont-ferrand, I was enthralled by this place with the decor very stylish.
It is well located, giving access to all directions, Sea, Mountain, City.
I would probably get there in summer to enjoy the swimming pool.
