This property located in the residential area of Catalunya in Perpignan, close to the shops, the city center and the beaches, is an old Catalan farmhouse from the 19th century where all the charm of the past has been preserved and enhanced with a very design touch where the beauty of the old stone, the bricks and the exposed beams successfully mix with the waxed concrete and the modern furniture. Ideal for your family stays, Le Petit Clos is composed of two beautiful and well-equipped gîtes. The owners, Sophie and Pierre, will be happy to help you discover this beautiful region of beaches and mountains, as well as to share their best addresses!

Very warm hospitality of the owners. Attractive location because the gates of the old heart of Perpignan, the beaches of Collioure, the winter sports resorts of the Pyrenees and 10 minutes from the Spanish border.
